All orders are processed as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed over the weekend, which will be processed on the next business day. You're notified when your conscious goodness has been sent. Orders are shipped out every Thursday and Friday unless otherwise stated.

For international customers, Normal Mail is non-traceable and we are strictly not liable for any lost or damaged mail once it has left Singapore. 

Standard Mail is traceable and you will be provided with a tracking number upon fulfilment of your order.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible and/or liable for any lost/stolen packages. Our due responsibility finishes when the package departs Singapore. We recommend you to get in touch with your local postal company with regards to any queries about your packages should they be lost, stolen or missing. We strictly do not issue refunds for lost/stolen items.

You're always entitled to a good product. In the unfortunate case you receive a damaged item or an item you did not order, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll take the article back and make sure you'll receive a new one.

When you place an order at Haus Of Heka, you'll go through the following steps:

  1. Fill out your personal details (name, email, phone number and delivery address);
  2. Please check if all items in your shopping card are correct;
  3. Choose your shipping method. After this, your shipping costs will be calculated;
  4. Select your payment method and confirm your order;
  5. Pay with the payment method you chose;
  6. You ordered! We'll make sure your conscious beauties arrive as soon as possible.
